- Construction Monitoring and Inspection
Building a property involves different trade people at different stages of the construction phase. Although this report may seem unnecessary as the construction is monitored by Councils Building Inspection process and issuing CCC (Code of Compliance Certification), however often defects requiring discussion and rectification are found. Therefore before you move in and pay the final bill to the construction company / developer, we recommend that you undertake a Pre-Delivery Inspection to ensure the construction work is completed to an acceptable standard, so that any issues that arise can be resolved quickly and hassle free.
- BOINZ Accredited Inspection
Quality House Inspections has built a proven inspection methodology over time encompassing the NZS 4306:2005, which is carried out by a BOINZ (Building Officials Institute of New Zealand) Licensed & Accredited Building Surveyor. Quality House Inspections is also well recognised and accepted by all banks in New Zealand.
- Comprehensive Detailed Report
A comprehensive detailed report on the current status will be provided, clearly highlighted with photos, comments and recommendations. If there are any inaccessible areas, they will be clearly noted by reasoning. Our reports comply with NZS 4306:2005.
- Same Day Turnaround
Our standard turnaround time for Pre-Delivery Building Inspection reports is the same day of the inspection.
